Job Responsibilities:
For 1+ Years of Experience:
- Manage accounts receivables processes.
- Perform invoicing and collections.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, PPT) for daily tasks.
- Apply solid accounting knowledge in daily tasks.
- Demonstrate end-to-end understanding of invoicing and collections.
For 2+ Years of Experience:
- Handle journal entry processing and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Conduct intercompany accounting and month-end tasks.
- Manage fixed asset and inventory accounting.
- Work with SAP for accounting tasks.
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
For 4+ Years of Experience:
- Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects independently.
- Manage program activities and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee internal and external audits and process compliance.
- Handle escalations and conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
- Manage teams and ensure quality control in accounting processes.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: B.B.A/B.M.S/B.Com in Any Specialization
- Experience: 1 to 7 years depending on the role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, SAP experience is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
- Candidates should be flexible with shift timings, including night shifts.
- Willingness to work from the office and relocate if necessary.
- Experience in handling statutory compliance for domestic and overseas invoices (WHT/TDS/GST) is a plus.
