Designation: Process Specialist – Capital Market / Investment Banking (Forex & Loans)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Perform Qualitative and Quantitative Research and data analysis for Capital Market processes.

Handle Loans / Forex Operations including loan structuring, collateral review, repayment schedules, and syndicate agreements.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive process improvement initiatives.
-
Manage end-to-end client expectations and ensure SLA adherence.
-
Participate in client performance review meetings and internal quality audits.
-
Maintain detailed process documentation and provide training/support for new joiners.

Prepare and present operational reports, scorecards, and analytics to management.
💡 Required Skills
For Loans Process Specialist:

Strong understanding of loan syndication, leveraged loans, participation loans, and syndicated lending.

Excellent analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Ability to perform data interpretation and process enhancement.
For Forex Process Specialist:
-
Knowledge in Treasury Operations, Trade Finance, International Banking, and Risk Management.

Strong communication, client handling, and team management skills.

Expertise in preparing performance scorecards, dashboards, and presentations.
