Job Description:
Roles & responsibilities-
• Delivering on metrics provided
• Quality training and reporting on performance
• Advanced Knowledge of banking systems
• Experience of Payments operations (Swift Messaging – CHAPS/Faster Payment/Cross Currency Payments/FX Payments, E-Banking, Payments Compliance & Regulations, Capital and Money Markets Global Custody Operations Nostro, CAS A/C, SEPA Payments, Investigations)
• Provide training for team members
• Ability to manage BAU/Volumes
Qualification-
Graduate/ Post graduates from higher education studies with Commerce Background
3-5 years of experience in back office operation experience preferably in banking industry
