About the Role
Candidates will be responsible for handling international customer queries and providing excellent customer service support through voice interactions. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and flexibility to work in night shifts.
Mandatory Requirements
- International Voice Support experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer handling skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Comfortable working from office in Pune

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Full-Time Graduate with 15 years of formal education
- Prior customer service/contact center experience preferred
