 Job Description (Short)

• Support US Auto Lending and banking operations
• Handle quality audits, escalations, and compliance reviews
• Assist teams with SOPs, policy updates, and complex transactions
• Conduct training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Prepare reports and support SLA/productivity targets

 Eligibility Criteria

• 2–5 years experience in US Lending / Auto Lending / QA
• Strong understanding of compliance and audit processes
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Banking, finance, or commerce background preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced night shift environment
