🔹 HR Operations – Process Executive / Specialist
- Maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors
- Execute new hire, promotion, and termination actions
- Ensure data quality and handle org structure changes
- Run reports, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support
- Use ServiceNow for incident and request tracking
🔹 Benefits Admin – Senior Process Executive / Process Specialist
- Administer benefits, insurance, FMLA, and enrollment tasks
- Manage claims for medical, dental, and vision
- Assist with global benefits (US, EMEA, APAC)
- Respond to escalated employee queries
- Maintain benefit records and compliance
🎯 Who Should Apply?
- Experience: 1 to 6 years in HR Operations / Payroll / Benefits / Onboarding
- Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
