Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily loan servicing operations.
- Validate updates from onshore teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Maintain compliance with procedures and regulations.
- Handle escalations and ensure SLA targets are met.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Loan Servicing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
