Eligibility Criteria
- MBA Freshers (2025 or 2026 graduates) with 4–6 months of calling or sales internship experience, or
- Any Graduate with 1+ year of sales or calling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with students and parents who have registered on Shiksha.com for overseas education.
- Understand student requirements such as preferred courses, countries, universities, duration, and budget.
- Convert qualified online leads into confirmed admissions through calls, WhatsApp, Skype, and other virtual communication channels.
- Guide students in shortlisting suitable partner universities based on their academic profile.
- Assist candidates with documentation and provide visa processing guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, universities, institutions, and university representatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion, admissions, and performance metrics.
