Manage and service clients for their complete banking needs

Cross-sell bank and third-party products including assets, wealth, and insurance

Acquire new customers through leads, references, and market outreach

Build and manage relationships with high-value clients

Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and provide solutions

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Cold call potential clients and drive customer acquisition for CASA (Current and Savings Account) products

Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure high service quality

Education: Graduate or above

Experience: 3+ years in banking sales, customer service, or portfolio management
