Role Overview – Relationship Manager (Branch Banking)
The Relationship Manager will manage the existing customer portfolio of the mapped branch and drive business growth by acquiring new-to-bank (NTB) customers while ensuring excellent service standards for existing clients. The role demands strong relationship management, sales acumen, and customer servicing skills.
Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients through leads and family account grouping

Grow the bank’s liability base (CASA & FD)

Deepen relationships with premium customers
-
Sell asset, wealth, and third-party financial products
-
Enhance revenue per client through cross-selling
-
Service clients for all banking and third-party product needs
-
Increase product holding of mapped customers
-
Conduct regular client meetings for servicing and sales
-
Actively participate in bank-wide sales campaigns
-
Ensure strict adherence to compliance and banking processes
Education Qualification

Graduate / Post Graduate
-
Candidates with exposure to financial subjects will be preferred
Work Experience Requirements

Essential: 3–7 years of relevant experience in the banking industry

Preferred: 2–3 years as Relationship Manager / Portfolio Manager handling an existing customer base
