Position: ASDM / SDM (Sales & Service Delivery Manager)
Experience Required: 1 – 6 years

You will be responsible for customer service, banking operations, and cross-selling products & services while ensuring compliance with bank policies and security protocols.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Manage customer transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier checks, and account openings/closures.

Build awareness of new banking products & services and identify customer needs.

Handle document management, reporting, and secure storage of customer information.
