Job Role & Responsibilities:
✔ Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries/complaints
✔ Raise requests and log complaints in CRM tools
✔ Generate leads and educate customers about banking products
✔ Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations
✔ Achieve monthly targets for quality, efficiency, and accuracy
✔ Maintain strong knowledge of banking processes and systems
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction and high service standards
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi (mandatory)
- Strong customer service focus and listening skills
- Ability to interpret and capture customer information
- Knowledge of Banking/Credit Cards preferred
- Must clear aptitude test (40/50 required)
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Graduate in any stream (First Class in 10th, 12th & Graduation)
✅ Candidates must reside between Churchgate–Virar or CST–Ghatkopar
