Handle premium customer relationships and portfolio management

Achieve sales and revenue goals through campaigns and client servicing

Ensure compliance and adherence to internal processes
✅ Service Delivery Manager (SDM):

Deliver end-to-end banking services for clients

Support product sales and portfolio enhancement

Lead cross-selling efforts and ensure high customer satisfaction
✅ Teller:

Handle cash transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments)

Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking standards

Assist customers with inquiries and ensure smooth daily operations
✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate or above in any stream

Experience: 3+ years in banking sales, customer service, or portfolio handling

Up to 35 years for RM & KAM

Up to 30 years for SDM, BDM & Teller
