IndusInd Bank is hiring – Relationship Manager (RM) for ELC – Corporate & Commercial Banking Group for Delhi NCR
KRA for RM:
1.) Responsible for new client acquisitions as well as maintaining and enhancing existing portfolio ( Lending ticket size above 25 Cr).
2.) Ability to structure the facilities as per the client’s need and bank’s strategy ensuring optimum profitability and sustainability of the business with in the regulatory framework
3.) Should have atleast 3-5 years of experience of respective market.
4.) Undertake credit risk appraisal, prepare appraisal notes, term sheets & financial model and engage with credit team to resolve queries and present the case to senior management forums for sanctions
5.) Engage and coordinate with various internal teams for relevant approvals, documentations, limit setup, disbursement, post disbursement compliances and monitoring. Ensure end to end transaction execution.
6.) Engage and maintain promoter level relationships of corporate clients to deepen wallet share.
7.) Responsible for monitoring and maintaining credit health of the portfolio and take appropriate steps to proactively mitigate any sign of stress in the portfolio.
8.) Knowledge of universal banking products including but not limited to working capital, term loan, structured finance, trade products, FX, Investments Banking, CMS, SCF, corporate salary and cards will be added advantage
Qualifications: CA/ CS/ MBA
Experience: Minimum 5 years in business banking, SME or large corporate as RM in bank/NBFC.
