1️⃣ Officer / Executive – AO&CS (CBTU: Centralized Baggage Tracing Unit)
🛠 Responsibilities:

Track delayed or lost baggage using international systems like WorldTracer

Coordinate with passengers, airports, and internal teams via calls
-
Handle compensation and service recovery process
-
Maintain accurate records and reporting
📌 Shift: Rotational | 5 Days Working | Work from Office
📌 Eligibility: Non-technical graduates with strong communication skills
2️⃣ Executive / Senior Executive – AO&CS (CCC: Centralized Coordination Cell)
🛠 Responsibilities:

Passenger and flight coordination to avoid disruptions

Handle misconnecting passengers and alternative flight arrangements

Lead operational planning, reporting, and data management

Coordinate with call centers, airport teams, and operations departments
📌 Shift: Rotational | 12-hour shifts including nights
📌 Eligibility: Strong communication, aviation experience preferred
