Job Description/Skills Required
- Understand the business request for any capital spend and its rationale
- Analyze data/facts from different sources including business teams and draw relevant conclusion for an optimum solution
- Financial analysis including NPV, IRR, Payback, Lease Vs Buy etc for evaluating various investment proposals
- Co-ordination with business teams and within CP&A for gathering data points and clarifications required
- Strong project management skills to resolve issues quickly, escalates issues/roadblocks on a timely basis in order to close requests on priority
- Good written and verbal communication skills in order to manage stake holders – manage presentations/meetings with internal clients independently
- Continuous monitoring of key business drivers and promised savings for approved projects
- Support internal clients in developing business cases to evaluate strategic investments in their respective business areas
