Branch Manager (BM):

Graduate with minimum 4 years experience in team handling and financial services (Gold Loan, NBFC, Bank)

Oversee branch operations and sales targets

Gold Appraiser (GA):

Graduate with minimum 1 year experience in sales or gold valuation

Evaluate and assess gold items for loans

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
Customer Care Executive (CCE):

Fresher or 1-year experience in customer care/sales

Handle client queries and assist with loan processes

Maintain customer satisfaction and follow-up
