Manage and grow a portfolio of KCC (Kisan Credit Card) clients

Drive liabilities growth by increasing balances in mapped accounts

Acquire new customers through lead generation and referrals

Conduct credit assessments and manage the end-to-end credit lifecycle

Analyze customer financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions

Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, branch) for customer satisfaction

Monitor customer accounts and ensure portfolio hygiene

Ensure cross-selling of banking products and services
-
Participate in promotional and marketing initiatives

Evaluate industry trends and provide inputs to improve banking operations
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

UG: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE / or any other graduate stream

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in rural banking, credit or retail sales roles

Understanding of credit assessment, KCC, financial products, and customer relationship management
