Job Description/Skills Required
Financial reporting as per the Indian GAAP
Co-ordination with the Statutory and Internal Auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit.
Co-ordinate, review and provide support through appropriate inputs/financials to the teams for the yearly/quarterly MIS reporting. Assisting in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
Daily review of Trial Balances, co-ordinating with operations/recon teams for variances, review of old ageing in suspense/sundry accounts, identifying gaps in accounting & its resolution.
Preparation of data for submission to regulators like RBI, SEBI, stock exchanges and co-ordinating with auditors for various quarterly & annual certifications.
Automation of manual compilation of data, Rationalisation of GL accounts & Chart of Accounts.
Reviewing product notes, designing accounting entries for the new products.
Process improvements, risks and controls assessment from the financial reporting perspective.
Building control around GL accounts, transaction monitoring, building system based alerts
