Job description
Hiring MIS specialist @Â ICICI LOMBARD GENRAL INSURANCE – Vashi
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare MIS reports using Excel to track key metrics and provide insights for business improvement.
- Design visually appealing dashboards and reports using graphic designing skills to effectively communicate data findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements.
- Develop expertise in MIS Excel, including report preparation, analysis, and presentation.
- Experience in MIS Management, preferably in contact centres with at least 400 employees.
- Experience with MIS in preparing weekly or monthly Reports for an agents, manpower calculation.
- Should have a knowledge of various methods performance tracking, reporting Demonstrated strong analytical skills,
- Hands on with Excel formulae, Power point and MS Office.
- Data Management for Call Center Candidates with prior working knowledge on Tableau would be given preference.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 3+ years of experience in Call Center Operations or related field.
- Strong proficiency in MIS Reporting, Excel Report Preparation, Graphic Designing, and Mis Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Graduation Mandatory
- Good Communication in English
- Expert in Excel
- Added Advantage if from Service Call Center background
