🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Analyze transactions to detect anomalous or suspicious activity

Perform detailed investigations and document findings

Apply strong logic and reasoning in risk assessment

Draft comprehensive and clear supporting narratives
-
Review and interpret internal policies and regulatory guidelines
-
Maintain high confidentiality and compliance standards
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
-
1+ year experience in Transaction Monitoring (TM) is mandatory
-
Prior experience in compliance within a financial institution is strongly preferred
-
Background in retail banking is a plus
-
Ability to learn client systems quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
-
Proficiency in due diligence, KYC, and AML alerts analysis
