🧠 Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Transaction Monitoring

💼 Job Type: Full-time | In-office

👤 Roles: Process Analyst & Senior Process Analyst

🔍 Required Skillset:

• Transaction Monitoring & Analysis

• AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Investigation

• SAR Filing & Case Documentation

• Alerts Handling – L1 & L2

• Strong narrative writing for case summaries

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze transactions to detect anomalous or suspicious activity

• Perform detailed investigations and document findings

• Apply strong logic and reasoning in risk assessment

• Draft comprehensive and clear supporting narratives

• Review and interpret internal policies and regulatory guidelines

• Maintain high confidentiality and compliance standards

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in Transaction Monitoring (TM) is mandatory

• Prior experience in compliance within a financial institution is strongly preferred

• Background in retail banking is a plus

• Ability to learn client systems quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in due diligence, KYC, and AML alerts analysis
