Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a sub-team within the Product Engineering or OS Support team, supporting the service structure and serviceability of the mainframe product set.
- Assist in designing and executing productivity aids for infrastructure improvements.
- Utilize programming skills and basic engineering knowledge to contribute effectively to the role.
- Apply Computer Science skills (preferred) or Electrical Engineering expertise to support technical tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

Required Technical and Professional Skills:
