You will make significant contributions to high-profile operational initiatives as the business continues to grow globally. Your Role and Responsibilities As a Team Lead for the Statutory Accounting Team your role involves operationally leading the Statutory & Tax Audit for India, Liason with the Auditors, interlock and provide guidance on accounting matters to the Tax, Treasury, compliances team etc Required Technical and Professional Expertise CA with Post qualification experience of 7 Years in Statutory Audits Sound knowledge of Financial Statement Preparation and disclosures Familiar with IBM Accounting Systems for Internal Candidates. Familiar with INDAS standards Good Communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Familiar with Tax Rules and Compliances Experience in leading a team Experience in working / interacting with teams across the globe
