Summary of Vacancy- Documentation Executive

Job Role or Description

• Handling shipments/Documentation for Container/By Road/Rake(Rail).
• Container shipments co-ordination with Traffic & Customs department/Customs House Clearing Agent/Shipping line.
• Rake and By road export coordination with Glovis TP services.
• On-time preparation/negotiation of Shipment documents and payment follow up.
• Facilitate On time Payment of Freight to Glovis for cars dispatched to port for RORO vessel exports and Nepal Bhutan On road exports
• Product brochures & Catalogue planning and disbursement /Resource support/procurement for RORO vessel operation.
• Purchase request & New vendor & item code creation follow up for E biding and negotiation with vendors.
• Bills submission and port debit & credit vouchers, follow up for pending payments.
• Vendor payment bills TDS & GST Clearance
