Job Description – Manager / Senior Manager Business Finance
The Manager / Senior Manager – Business Finance will be responsible for business finance, management accounting, profitability analysis, MIS reporting, and Profit and Loss (P&L) management. The role involves monitoring Assets Under Management (AUM), yield, revenue, finance costs, operating expenses, and Profit Before Tax (PBT).
The candidate will also evaluate distribution channel profitability, analyze business performance, support budgeting and financial planning, and identify opportunities to improve revenue and control costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze AUM, yield, revenue, PBT, and portfolio profitability.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management presentations.
- Monitor finance costs, cost of funds, operating expenses, and processing costs.
- Analyze sales and distribution channel productivity and profitability.
- Support business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Identify cost optimization and revenue improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate financial performance across business segments and distribution channels.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to business teams and senior management.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators, including ROA, ROE, and NIM.
- Support profitability improvement initiatives and business finance decisions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in NBFC or financial services is required.
- Strong understanding of business finance and management accounting.
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis and P&L management.
- Knowledge of AUM, yield, revenue, PBT, and portfolio profitability analysis.
- Experience in MIS, management reporting, and financial dashboards.
- Understanding of finance costs, cost of funds, and operating expenses.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with business teams and senior management.
Educational Qualification

- CMA / ICWA
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
