Position: Assistant Manager – Internal Control (IC)

- MBA (Finance)
- M.Com
- ICWA (Inter)
- CA (Inter)
Principal Responsibilities
- Complete the Spreading of Financials and Generating CRR in line with credit and risk management guidelines / policies and Strong understanding of Company Financials.
- Maintain accuracy of data / data standards on Financial Spreads in order to ensure data integrity on Group Systems.
- Achieve and exceed relevant process targets in line with business objectives
- Acquire and update knowledge on the process, procedures and products on an ongoing basis
- Meet targets on productivity and accuracy as per the targets and metrics defined for the process.
- Instructions/requests to be correctly interpreted, understood and processed.
- Ensure that the process related procedures are implemented as per the process manuals.
- Ensure that fraud/errors/irregular transactions (if any) are identified and escalated.
Requirements
- MBA Finance / M.Com / ICWA / CA Inter
- Sound Knowledge of Financial Accounting Concepts
- Good conversational skills to engage customer and Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people.
- Ability to maintain focus while working with voluminous data.
- Good understanding of the Commercial/Corporate Credit Lending Cycle
- Excellent prioritization, planning and organization skills
- Ability to derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources.
