- Working in an agile environment, candidate expected to have greater flexibility, discipline and willingness to work in an evolutionary manner. Primary responsibility includes requirements analysis on Issuer Services product (International Bonds, Repack, ESCROW) deliverables, working closely with key business users/ stakeholders and technology team… Bridging the natural gap between Business and IT. Perform in depth analysis and develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications for strategic projects as well as smaller tactical items Clarify and define by working with the business to define Use Cases, Agile Epics/Stories… feeding them into and supporting Sprint Backlog, prepare SIT functional Test plans / functional test cases, perform SIT Testing, Support business with their UAT Testing, formally obtain/record document and test signoffs, taking part in daily Scrum stand ups. While working with onshore and offshore team, candidate to focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and ensuring requirements are well understood, documented and shared in coherent manner Liaise with global business teams to ensure that solutions delivered are of global benefit
