We are looking for experienced Consultants to join our Finance Operations team in Kolkata. This is a fantastic opportunity for finance professionals who are passionate about managing operations and driving excellence.
Position: Senior Analyst (Consultant) – Finance Operations
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office only)
Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM)
Qualifications:
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA, ICWA, ACCA, CMA
Experience:
- 3 to 7 years in finance operations, specifically in Record to Report (R2R) processes
What We Are Looking For:
- 3-7 years of experience in managing finance operations
- Strong experience with book closures and extensive reconciliation
- Ability to conduct thorough research on “Out of Balances”
- Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliation, month-end closing activities, journal entries, and reporting tasks
- Willingness to work night shifts
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience interacting with mid-level stakeholders
- Good intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to analyze formulas and determine the flow of transactions
