Job Role or Description

• Vertical : FinanceJob Function /Sub Function : Commercial FinanceJob Objective : Preparing MIS to help management in decision making. Maintenance of pricing and value chains Reporting : Commercial Finance Manager – GT TNSupervises : None Job
• Responsibilities Responsible for commercial finance related MIS reports, like Daily, weekly and monthly updates on volume, NR and OI. Preparation of monthly standardized value chains for all packs at Unit/Channel level Preparation of customer, ASM and SM wise profitability reports Maintenance of price master for both direct and indirect.
• Review of trade margins and Net pricing model in line with commercial policy / Trade Margin Policy.
• Timely raising SPAF & ensuring approvals as per COA and then sending price master upload template to MDM team & periodic review for accuracy Upload primary discount schemes of all distributors and ensure discount is captured on invoice.
• Monthly review of sales register and processing of credit notes for rate differences. Preparation of AR/COL report and sending dunning letters as per policy.
• Review & follow up for AR/COL of customers and send dunning letter, if AR > 15 days. Preparation of monthly provision workings like BBD, AR & COL.
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules like AR, GOD, COL & prepaid advertisement schedules.
• Maintenance of distributor agreements and security cheques. Discount planning and tracking of discount spends on weekly basis.
