Job Role or Description

• PFP Management
  • Releasing of wallet / coupons within SLA timelines post validations as per process for both system generated and manual
  • Ensuing of Happy calling to all PFP customers from calling team and ensure circulation of exceptions to Zones fortnightly & streamlining the process more effectively Timely creation Secondary pricing basis the Zone requests and approvals
  • Support operations in reduction of Unredeemed PFP Coupons / wallets AGED > 5 months
• Support Operations in reduction of Expired Coupon / Wallet vs Last Year by 50%
• Timely closure of the operational issues time to time. Ensure to respond to the calls from business and provide immediate resolutions
• Month Closing Activity
  • Month Closing activities Within Closing Timeline
  • Monthly provisions are booked properly and ensure the communications to zones on expired coupons for provision
  • Validation of system wallet generated values
• MIS Circulation & Audit Compliance
  • PFP Related Informatic MIS to Zones
  • PFP Related ANALYTICS to Zones
  • Ensure the Compliance in all audits and ensure the MAP given with timelines
  • Ensuring of no wallets / coupons consumed which are not released from FSS
