Hexaware currently hiring for a Banking Operations profile. We cater to a global investment bank and handle the operation for payment. We handle the payment investigation Line of business where we majorly work on payment processing, Payment transfer, cash management, International payments, work on SWIFT & Wired Payments for Multiple Currencies.The shifts are rotational.Employees will join as Jr. Analyst.

Profile Highlights:

• Cash Management domain payment, Fund Transfer
• Good Understanding on Mt103,202,199
• Good Knowledge on SWIFT,BIC ,BACS,CHAP & CHIPS.
• Flexibility to work for 8 hours a day / 6 days a week shift / During weekends (if required)
• Willing to work with Night shift
• Comprehend customers queries / complains / comments
• Provide quick an effective resolution to the customer’s queries
• Ability to manage work efficiently with minimum guidance.
• Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
• Should have completed Graduation Finance/Banking.
