📝 Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Maintain accurate call logs and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate fluently in English and any regional language.
- Minimum typing speed: 22 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Work schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Flexible to work in day shifts only.
