🧭 Key Skills & Requirements

Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.

Strong in grammar, pronunciation, and sentence construction.

Prior BPO experience (6 months+) with valid documents preferred.

Willing to work in rotational shifts (5-day work week with 2 rotational offs).

Customer-first attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Must be comfortable working from office in Chennai.
