📝 Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for domestic clients
- Provide voice-based support in Kannada/Malayalam/English
- Address customer queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work in rotational shifts with 5-day workweek and 2 rotational offs
- Adhere to call scripts, quality parameters, and SLAs

- Education: Any graduate (No active arrears)
- Experience: 0 – 4 years
- Languages Required: Fluent in Kannada, Malayalam, and English
- Skills Needed:
- Excellent spoken English with good grammar, sentence structure, and pronunciation
