Job Role:
Hexaware Technologies is looking for dynamic B.Com graduates (freshers) for Back Office – Accounts roles in their Finance & Operations team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments
- Verify invoice details against purchase orders and contracts
- Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal teams
- Maintain organized records for audits and compliance
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions regularly
- Assist in reports & analyses for vendor performance
- Support month-end closing by providing documentation
- Stay updated with trends in accounts payable to improve processes
