Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Conduct area and geography mapping to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Recruit and manage channel partners to increase business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through field sales activities.
- Maintain daily sales reports and activity records.
- Attend daily team meetings and sales huddles.
- Guide customers through loan products, KYC, documentation, and eligibility requirements.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of field sales and business development.
