Job Description:
HDFC Sales Pvt. Ltd. is inviting female candidates to join its dynamic team as Field Sales Officers for its Home Loan division in Ahmedabad. This role involves client interaction, channel partner management, and area mapping with significant field work.
Key Responsibilities:

Area Mapping: Regular lane-to-lane/area mapping to identify new sourcing points and inform managers about progress.

Source Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with all assigned sourcing channels.

Reporting: Maintain daily reports and sales activity logs in the prescribed formats.

Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners when necessary.

Team Huddles: Attend daily team meetings and align on sales goals and strategies.

Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with customers for enhanced service experience.

Documentation: Ensure timely submission of complete customer files and documents.
Candidate Profile:

Gender: Female only

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: 6 months to 1 year in sales preferred

Skills: Excellent communication, sales orientation, and willingness to travel within Ahmedabad
