👩💼 Role Overview – Relationship Manager (MEG):
- Acquire and manage relationships with micro-enterprise customers (e.g., shopkeepers).
- Sell and manage financial products like Dukandar Overdraft and other retail banking services.
- Handle customer financial needs including Overdraft, CASA, Insurance, and Credit Cards.
- Engage in field sales, lead generation, joint calls, customer onboarding, and renewals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while managing delinquencies and cross-selling.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute branch engagement plans and generate leads through outreach.
- Review financial documents, KYCs, and prepare proposals for OD and working capital solutions.
- Follow up for renewals, document collection, and churn into WC accounts.
- Handle complaints, escalations, and ensure strong CRM hygiene.
- Ensure income generation, target achievement, and delinquency management.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Female candidates only (Diversity hiring)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in SME/Corporate/Mid-market banking preferred
- Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA
- Strong field sales orientation, financial acumen, and documentation skills
- Excellent coordination, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
