💼 Position: Preferred Relationship Manager – Retail Branch Banking
Experience Required: 5–10 years (Banking & Wealth Management)
Salary Range: ₹8–17 LPA

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire, manage, and enhance High Net Worth (HNI) customer portfolios.
• Cross-sell banking and wealth products as per customer needs.
• Maintain high portfolio quality, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Offer advisory services in coordination with the Preferred Banking Group.
• Conduct joint calls with supervisors for client relationship building.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Promote digital banking channels and ensure complete customer engagement.

🎯 Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Certifications Preferred: AMFI, IRDA, NCFM (optional).
• Strong knowledge of banking products, investment instruments, and portfolio management.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of competition and market trends.
• Experience in managing HNI/Wealth portfolios is mandatory.
