• Achieve CASA value, NAV, and Fixed Deposit targets

• Drive productivity of sales officers and manage staffing

• Strategize market scoping and segmenting potential government/institutional clients

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to TATs

• Conduct joint meetings with branch teams and ensure lead conversion

• Drive customer engagement, wallet share, and relationship management

📌 Candidate Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate (MBA preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in Banking, Government & Institutional Business, and Wealth Management
