Roles & Responsibilities:
✔ Branch Manager (BM): Lead branch operations, manage sales & customer service, and drive business growth.
✔ Personal Banker – Authorizer (PBA): Handle customer transactions, account services & branch compliance.
✔ Teller: Manage cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals & ensure seamless banking operations.
✔ Personal Banker – Sales (PB Sales): Acquire new customers & cross-sell banking products.
✔ Personal Banker – Classic (PB Classic): Manage high-net-worth (HNW) customer relationships & financial advisory.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Minimum 3 years of banking experience is mandatory.
✅ Strong communication & customer relationship skills.
✅ Knowledge of banking products & regulations.
✅ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
