💼 Job Title: Acquisition Manager – EBFS

As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate salary accounts, managing client relationships, and achieving business objectives within the Emerging Business & Financial Services (EBFS) division.

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

• New Corporate Acquisition – Identify and acquire new quality corporate salary relationships.

• New Account Sourcing – Drive account openings and activation with consistent salary credits.

• Relationship Management – Enhance and deepen wallet share in newly acquired corporates.

• Service Delivery – Ensure smooth onboarding and service to new accounts.

• Business Development – Meet and exceed assigned revenue and productivity targets.

• Resource Management – Work with internal teams for optimal performance and conversion.

🧠 Key Skills Required:

• Strong sales and influencing abilities

• In-depth banking product and process knowledge

• NRI product & regulatory understanding (preferred)

• Excellent planning & organizational skills

• Confident verbal and written communication

• Awareness of market trends and competition

• Previous experience in banking sales or financial services is highly desirable
