Role & responsibilities
Plays a pivotal role in driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the Retail Banking segment.
Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management, Operation and risk.
Developing strategies to achieve ambitious financial targets, drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, cross-selling, and upselling of financial products and service.
Preferred candidate profile –
Analyze financial performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial data to higher management.

Personal Banker – Gold Loan – Min. 1 years of exp. required.
Personal Banker Classic- Min. 3 years of exp. required.
Preferred Relationship Manager – Min. 5 years of exp. required.
Branch Sales Manager – Min. 5 years of exp. required.
Teller Authorizer – Min. 5 years of exp. required.
