- Identify existing branch customers who meet Classic program criteria and flag them on the system to upgrade these customers under the program •
- Acquire new customers who meet product criteria and flag them on the system
- Regularly interact with the customer to build relationships and understand the profile
- Achieving MTD and YTD Revenue Targets
- Enhance the value/book size of the given portfolio
Job Name: Personal Banker Authorizer – Min. 5 years experience is required
Grade: Deputy Manager / Manager / Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the branch customers are adequately serviced and appropriate products sold to them in a customer friendly environment that in turn ensures the branch attains profitability on all parameters with superior customer service and superior cross sell of products
- Managing and monitoring performance of the sales resources (BDR/COEX/Asset Coordinator) for optimal sales support
- Basic Hygiene Parameter like “Customer Instruction FTNR, Demat FTNR, CASA Activation”
- Escalations Handling” and Complaints
- Resolving all complaints received (self, branch, other units) within the stipulated TATs
- Promoting all direct banking channels and ensuring that the customer is utilizing the same
Job Name: Preferred Relationship Manager – Min. 5 years experience is required
Grade: Manager / Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for including HNI customers into the Preferred programme and offering them a superior customer experience to enhance the profitability of the relationship by increasing the relationship size
- Liaising with PB/ Preferred RM to flag eligible customers form Classic/ Preferred portfolio
- Maintain the overall quality / hygiene parameters of the portfolio
- Cross selling products of the bank based on the customer need
- Advisory services to be offered based on the requirement in coordination with PBG
- Look for opportunities to cross sell any other product of the Bank, to ensure that HDFC Bank is a one stop shop & solution for all banking needs of the Preferred Customer
Job Name: Customer Experience Executive – Min. 1 year of experience is required and fresher can apply with good communication skills
Grade: Trainee / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- To provide best in class banking services to our customers.
- Providing prompt solution to customer queries/resolution of customer issues within prescribed TAT
- Migrating customer requests to various direct banking channels of our bank
- Educating customers for using Payment options of our bank
- Ensure satisfactory audit in Welcome desk area of the branch.
- Assisting the branch in meeting their sales target
