💼 Job Description – Sales Officer (Gold Loan)
HDFC Bank is hiring Sales Officers for Retail Assets – Gold Loan segment. This role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, cross-selling, and business development through multiple sales and promotional activities.
âś… Key Responsibilities:

Source new business opportunities through open market and lead generation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to cater to their gold loan needs.

Conduct promotional activities (leaflet distribution, canopy/ATM activities, residential campaigns).

Ensure timely loan processing, verification & disbursal.

Act as a maker in LOS, initiate transactions, and handle gold loan documentation.

Verify KYC documents with originals and collect necessary documents when required.

Focus on loan renewals and cross-selling of other banking products.
