The Sales Officer will be responsible for handling corporate salary account openings and ensuring smooth onboarding of customers at the retail branch level.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation and account opening formalities are completed in presence of the customer
- Verify the authenticity of customer documents and identity
- Ensure all mandatory fields are correctly filled in account opening forms
- Check that documents are clear, legible, and not smudged
- Verify that photographs submitted match the ID proof and AOD
- Ensure availability of Tatkal kits for customer inductions
