• Engage with portfolio customers as per defined contact policy.

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with accurate query resolution.

• Promote Digital Banking services for superior customer experience.

• Profile customers for cross-selling of banking & financial products.

• Drive sales of Demat, Bill Pay, Cards, Loans, TPP, Assets, Advisory services.

• Monitor accounts, large transactions, and customer retention.

• Maintain portfolio health and achieve defined targets.

• Ensure timely MIS reporting and CRM updates.

• Adhere to compliance, audit, and service quality standards.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Any Graduate (Mandatory)

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)

• Strong communication and customer handling skills.

• Knowledge of banking & financial products preferred.

• Sales orientation with ability to cross-sell products.
