🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales activities to source new CASA accounts (Current & Savings)
- Fulfill leads generated by branch staff and other bank verticals
- Ensure 100% compliance with KYC/AML guidelines
- Source new clients via cold calls, catchment mapping, referrals, and internal databases
- Drive cross-selling of FD, RD, personal loans, auto loans, business loans, and consumer loans
- Maintain business hygiene, customer onboarding documentation, and welcome kit management
- Enhance customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Support the branch in managing mapped VLEs (Village Level Entrepreneurs)
