Pre-litigation call intimation- As per selection of cases approved by NCM Litigation initiation intimation- As per approved legal filing pool approved by NLM-AVP Legal Post litigation intimation call- As per portal MIS of legal filed cases-Approved by CLT Maintain MIS and update in records- All contactable cases records Loss pool – As per system Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports. • Aware customers about legal consequence as per legal action • Ensuring on-time payments of the customers. • Ensure adherence of all commitments • Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
