🧩 Key Responsibilities

Assist & engage walk-in customers regarding EMI schemes, eligibility & process

Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications

Meet monthly sales & loan disbursement targets

Adhere to KYC, compliance & documentation norms

Collect & verify customer documents (ID proof, income proof, invoices)

Maintain excellent customer service and communication
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome)

Preferred background in NBFC, Consumer Finance, Banking, Retail Sales

Strong sales aptitude is an added advantage
